I can't log in?

 

Are you having issues with logging in?  Lets check a few things before you submit a ticket.

  • Your password and login information is case sensitive.  Check to make sure that you have all the right lower and upper case letters correct.
  • Forget your password?  No problem.  You can easily reset your password under "Account Options" and click on "my profile".  
  • If you are still having problems, you may have to clear your browsers cache.

Do you offer a free sample trial? 

 

We do offer a free sample meal plan for you to try.  Visit our Sign Up tab to register for a Free Trial.

 

How Do I See "My Subscription" Terms?

 

We are working on having a "My Subscription" page where you can always see your subscription details on our members site.  Here you will be able to see when you signed up, the terms you signed up for (monthly, quarterly or yearly) and when your subscription will renew.

As stated, this part of our site is being constructed and may take a little time.  In the mean time, you can see your terms and subscription details by logging into Paypal and follow these instructions.

Here is how to check your subscription details:

  • Log into your PayPal account
  • Click on "Profile" (at the top menu bar)
  • Click "My Money" (to the left)
  • Next to "My Preapproved Payments" there is a link to update.  Click update.
  • Here you will see "Whole Lifestyle Nutrition LLC".  Click on "Whole Lifestyle Nutrition LLC" and here is where you can see your subscription details.

How Do I Cancel Subscription?

 

If you need to cancel your subscription, you will need to do this through PayPal.  You will need to cancel before your subscription is up.  I hope you understand, but we do not offer a refund for subscriptions canceled after the subscription is up.  We are a virtual product and once the information is delivered than you have purchased that product.  Thanks for understanding.

Our system is completely automative so we are unable to cancel your subscription for you.  This allows you to cancel and renew at anytime through PayPal by clicking on "cancel recurring payments" in your Paypal dashboard. 

 

Here is how to cancel:

  • Log into your PayPal account
  • Click on "Profile" (at the top menu bar)
  • Click "My Money" (to the left)
  • Next to "My Preapproved Payments" there is a link to update.  Click update.
  • Here you will see "Whole Lifestyle Nutrition LLC".  Click on "Whole Lifestyle Nutrition LLC" and here is where you can select the button at the bottom to "cancel".
